Designed and optimized multi-country KYC flows for TikTok Pay, Shop, and Live (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia), covering identity verification, face matching, OCR, RFI/EDD, and exception handling. Improved Vietnam new-user KYC completion rate from 70% to 90% through progress visualization, copy optimization, and streamlined branching logic. Authored the KYC Vendor Integration SOP, standardizing UI guidelines across multiple vendors, improving delivery consistency and reducing integration time. Led Refund to Credit transparency project across 4 countries, enhancing refund tracking for mixed-payment and balance withdrawals, reducing user churn.
